The Kerala School of Mathematics, Kozhikode will conduct a School on Algebra, Analysis and Topology from 13.12.2010 to 07.01.2011. The programme is aimed at junior research fellows and final year post-graduate students in Mathematics from Universities/Colleges in Kerala. Those who have completed post-graduate programme recently and intending to pursue mathematics as a career may also apply.

The School will be conducted by eminent researchers from Universities/Institutions in India and will cover some advanced topics in Algebra, Topology and Analysis which are generally considered to be prerequisites for research scholars in all disciplines of Mathematics. The course will consist of rigorous class room lectures and problem solving tutorials.

Interested students should apply online by submitting a registration form.

Application should be supported by a letter of recommendation (preferably by e-mail). The application and the letter of recommendation should reach KSOM by November 15, 2010. For enquiries please e-mail to ksom.workshop@gmail.com
